Outreach Ministry
ECC Outreach Ministry gives us the opportunity to look beyond ourselves, recognize the needs of those around us, and share the love of Christ through meaningful service and genuine connection. Our mission is to strengthen our community, spread God’s Word, offer hope to those in need, and demonstrate His love both locally and throughout the world.
Through outreach programs, community partnerships, acts of kindness, prayer, encouragement, and practical assistance, we strive to meet people where they are and remind them that they are seen, valued, and loved by God. We are committed to serving individuals and families with compassion, dignity, and respect while building relationships that reflect the heart of Christ.
We serve because Jesus taught us that caring for others is an expression of our love for Him: “Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me” (Matthew 25:40). Through every act of service, ECC Outreach Ministry seeks to be the hands and feet of Jesus, bringing faith, hope, healing, and love to our community and the world at large.
BAPTISM
Baptism Ministry
Baptism is a powerful and public expression of our faith in Jesus Christ. It represents a believer’s decision to turn away from the old way of life, follow Christ, and begin a new journey of faith. Through baptism, we identify with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus while openly declaring that He is our Lord and Savior.
ECC’s Baptism Ministry walks alongside individuals as they prepare to take this important step in their spiritual journey. We provide biblical guidance, encouragement, prayer, and support so every baptism candidate understands the meaning of baptism and feels prepared to make this public declaration of faith.
The Bible reminds us, “We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that…we too may live a new life” (Romans 6:4). Baptism does not represent the end of the journey—it marks the beginning of a growing relationship with Christ and a life committed to His purpose.
Whether you are a new believer or have followed Christ for some time but have never been baptized, we invite you to take this meaningful next step. ECC celebrates with every person who boldly declares, “I have decided to follow Jesus.”
Pastoral Development is dedicated to equipping, strengthening, and supporting pastors and ministry leaders as they grow in their calling. Through spiritual guidance, leadership training, mentorship, practical resources, and continued education, Pastoral Development helps leaders serve with greater wisdom, confidence, integrity, and effectiveness. Its purpose is to encourage both personal and ministerial growth while preparing pastors to meet the evolving needs of their congregations and communities.
